Goa State Pollution Control Board reconstituted Times of India PANAJI: The government of Goa has re-constituted the Goa State Pollution Control Board ( GSPCB) under the chairmanship of Jose Manuel Noronha, Chief Executive Officer, Agnel Technical Education Complex, Verna and Assagao with immediate effect.
